Our Circle helps friends and family support someone by keeping everyone connected and informed all in the one place. Be kept up to date with progress, visiting times, list of needs and tasks and group chat all within the app.
Circles are invite only. To join a circle as a Friend you must receive an invite from the Circle Organiser. Clicking on the Join link in the invite will take you to the add and add you to the circle.

OurCircle story.
The app was developed after the very challenging personal experience of trying to coordinate care and support for my aging parents.
Unable to find an existing app that covered the 4 necessary components of updates, shared calendar, list and messaging all in one app, I decided to create one that addresses the problem and offers the solution in a simple and user friendly way.
It is an organisational tool that can be applied to many situations and I passionately hope that it helps ease the many challenges faced, both pragmatic and emotional, when coordinating a circle of people for whatever reason.

There are two main roles Organiser and Friends . Organisers create and manage Circles, can invite Friends to join , send updates, schedule visits and create task lists . Friends join existing circles to provide support, claim visits, complete tasks and participate in group messaging. Your role is determined by whether you created the Circle or were invited to join it.

As an organiser you can invite people by sharing a personalised invitation link. The app generates a customised message that includes a direct link to join your Circle. You can share this via text message , email or any other messaging platform. Friends will need to download the app and use the link to join a specific Circle.
